Meet Jenn

Jenn Barrett earned a BS in civil engineering and an MBA from the University of New Hampshire. She worked in the construction industry for five years, during which time she was diagnosed with persistent Lyme disease. As a result of the struggles she faced, she decided to go to law school in the hopes of helping others with persistent illness.

Jenn earned a Juris Doctor degree from Seattle University School of Law. During law school, she was an editor for the school’s Law Review and wrote a law journal note titled: “It’s About Lyme: Why Congress Must Enact Medical Insurance Coverage Laws for Lyme Disease Patients Now.”

Meet Julie

Julie Barrett is a registered and licensed occupational therapist in the state of Oregon. She earned a bachelor's degree in physical education from the University of Southern California, a certificate in recreational therapy from California State University, Hayward, and a certification in occupational therapy from Loma Linda University. She also earned an Executive Certificate in Home Modification from the University of Southern California.

During Julie’s career, she worked in various patient settings, including the VA, hospitals, and rehabilitation departments. She assisted patients in the fields of geriatrics, stroke rehab, and adults with developmental disabilities.
