About Us
Jenn Barrett is a persistent illness patient turned advocate working to help patients with persistent illnesses navigate the challenging landscape of the healthcare field. With her mother, Julie Barrett, she co-wrote the book: Managing Persistent Illness: A Hope-Filled Guide to Solving Daily Challenges.
Jenn earned a BS in civil engineering and an MBA from the University of New Hampshire. She worked in the construction industry for five years, during which time she was diagnosed with persistent Lyme disease, Bartonella and Babesia. As a result of the struggles she faced, she decided to go to law school in the hopes of helping others with persistent illness. Jenn earned a Juris Doctor degree from Seattle University School of Law. In her free time, she enjoys quilting, figure skating, and listening to BTS.
